Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Comriq website. The contracting party is Green Rajasthan Private Limited (trading as Comriq), and "Comriq", "we" and "us" refer to it throughout.

What this site is

Comriq builds software products: Stay for hotels, Campus for schools and colleges, and People for HR and payroll. All three are in development. This site describes what they will do and invites founding customers to put their name down.

Comriq no longer sells company setup, compliance, tax, accounting, registrations or notice support. Design and engineering work — websites, apps, AI and growth — is done by Comriq Studio at studio.comriq.com, which is a different site with its own terms.

These terms, and the agreement that governs work already bought

There are two documents and they do different jobs. This one covers browsing the site, the information on it, and what you may and may not do with it. The Client Engagement Agreement — currently version 1.1 — covers work we have agreed to do: scope, fees, what you promise us, what you may not use our work for, indemnity, liability, your data, and governing law.

You accept that agreement by an explicit tick when you place an order, not by using this site. Where these terms and the agreement say different things about the same subject, the agreement governs. Nothing on this page changes an agreement already accepted; that one is fixed at the version you accepted and your copy carries its fingerprint.

What the product pages are, and are not

• Every product is marked in development. Nothing on this site is a statement that a feature exists today, and we will not claim one is live before it is.
• The screens shown on the homepage are illustrative. The numbers, names and bookings in them are made up to show the shape of the software. They are not a customer's data and they are not a performance claim.
• There are no prices on this site. A price for a founding place is agreed with you in writing, and until it is there is no offer capable of acceptance.
• Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice, and reading it does not make us your advisers.

The early-access list

Asking for a founding place is an expression of interest. It is not an order, it does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to anything:

• we may decline, or close a product's list, without giving a reason;
• you may withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@comriq.com, and we will delete the sign-up;
• any price, term or priority we discuss becomes binding only in a written agreement signed by both of us.

What we do promise is a reply within one working day, that we will not pass your details to anyone for their marketing, and that we will tell you the truth about what is built.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site or its data;
• present our material as your own, or resell it;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or
• use it to do anything unlawful.

The site, its content and its underlying data are ours.

Accounts

There is no signup form on this site. An account exists only where an engagement exists, and it was created when an order was paid for. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for what is done through your account.

Liability for the site

We take care over the information here and we correct errors when we find them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site alone, as distinct from an engagement you have actually bought — and in particular we are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a product that is described here as in development. Liability under an engagement is governed by clause 9 of the Client Engagement Agreement and is capped at the professional fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for an engagement, in clause 10 of the agreement. We process under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Refunds

Nothing on this site can be bought, so there is nothing here to refund. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy continues to form part of the agreement and governs work already bought.

Complaints

Write to support@comriq.com. We acknowledge within one business day and answer within 30 days. Complaints about personal data go to our Grievance Officer at grievance@comriq.com, who acknowledges within 48 hours and resolves within one month.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of India. Disputes are subject to clause 13 of the Client Engagement Agreement: talk to us first, then arbitration by a single arbitrator seated at Jaipur, Rajasthan, with the courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan otherwise having exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your right to complain to a consumer forum where you live.

Changes

We may issue a new version of these terms. The version and its effective date are at the top of this page. A new version applies from its effective date and does not change an agreement you have already accepted.
