Every version of this policy we have published, newest first, with what changed and when it took effect. Older versions are kept unchanged — each one is fingerprinted, and the build fails if a published version is edited.

Refund requests go to billing@comriq.com rather than support@comriq.com. Microsoft 365 now has a billing list, and a refund arriving in the general support queue waits behind questions about filings. Nothing about what is refundable, at what stage, or on what timescale has changed.
