Version history

Every version of this agreement we have published, newest first, with what changed and when it took effect. You are bound by the version you accepted; a new version does not alter it retrospectively, and we ask you to accept a new one before we take new work.

  1. Version 1.1

    • Added clause 2.5: we may engage a subcontractor — an accountant, a company secretary, an advocate, a studio — for part of your work without asking you each time, and we remain responsible to you for the whole engagement including their part.
    • Added clause 11.3: your documents may be shown to that subcontractor, limited to what the specific job needs and for as long as it takes. Every document of yours they open is logged, and you may ask us for that record.
    • Both are enforced in the database rather than promised in prose (migration 0012).
